Full-Time Office Suites

We have a variety of sizes available to meet your specific needs. Included with your office suite are conference room facilities, law library usage, legal messenger service, reception and lobby service, incoming mail and package receiving, kitchen facilities including hot beverages, notary service, utilities and maintenance, and janitorial service.

Full-time office suites are priced from $700 to $1,750 per month.

Part-Time Office Suites

Business Service Center of Seattle now offers prestige high-rise office suites and support services to traveling executives and businesses who occasionally or consistently need a part-time office or conference room for an hour, a few days, weeks, or even a month in the heart of Seattle's financial district. You can enjoy the benefits of an office at our location on a full-time basis, yet only pay for actual usage. As a part-time tenant, you also have access to our extensive support services.
